Knowledge Base
You can access our Knowledge Base via the link www.support.carvermedia.co.za and search for a solution. This Help Center outlines the most important articles to make changes independently.
The articles cover the steps that you need to do and guides you through t. You might find it helpful to go through our articles to have a better understanding.

Emailing support@carvermedia.co.za requesting any changes, design updates or technical support
The easiest and quickest way to create any changes, design updates or technical support is to email support@carvermedia.co.za. An support ticket will be created and sent to you via email and sms. You will be able to check on the progress of your ticket and escalate it via a self service portal. Once your changes have been made and/or support has been provided, you will receive an email and sms that your ticket has been closed.
